Humanitarian Professional
Fatima Shehu Isa is a dedicated humanitarian professional and data enthusiast with a master’s degree in Disaster and Risk Management and Humanitarian and Refugee Studies. She currently works as a MEAL Officer, where she applies her expertise in data collection, visualization, and analysis to support evidence-based decision-making in humanitarian and development programs and also trainings.With extensive field experience as a Researcher and MEAL practitioner, Fatima has contributed to numerous community-based assessments, including gender-responsive education, Agroecology, mine action, GBV prevention, and climate-security initiatives across Adamawa, Yobe and Borno States. Her work emphasizes data-driven storytelling, the HDP nexus, and women-led resilience in crisis-affected communities.
