Gladys has extensive 10 years’ expertise and experience in sustainability, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) integration working with enterprise support organization (ESOs), donors, investors, private sector, and non-profit organizations to accelerate the transition to impact, low-carbon and sustainable-growth economy. Coupled with local and international experience in sustainability & ESG, Gladys’ work extends to SGBs and investors on sustainable finance strategies and capabilities, with a focus on ensuring environmental, social, and governance integration results in positive impact and contribution to improved financial performance. Gladys is a regional advisory member of Blab East Africa supporting in improving the standards of the B Impact Assessment. She holds a Master of Science in Education for Sustainability and is pursuing a PhD in economics.
