Yohanna Dauda Malau is an accomplished business development consultant and master trainer with over 15 years of experience driving enterprise growth, agricultural value chain strengthening, and capacity development across Nigeria. His expertise spans business coaching, SME development, cooperative management, and farmer training within value chains such as maize, rice, cassava, and potatoes.Yohanna has worked extensively with international development organizations, particularly the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), implementing key programs like SEDIN, GIAE, NICOP, and AFC AgFin. His work includes facilitating Cooperative Business School (CBS) and Farmer Business School (FBS) trainings, adapting training materials to local contexts, and mentoring entrepreneurs and farmer-based organizations (FBOs) to scale productivity and profitability.As a Master Trainer and Consultant, he has successfully designed and implemented business models, conducted organizational development training, and led baseline and monitoring exercises for MSMEs and cooperatives.
