Governance priorities evolve over time. The quality and composition of the board has been important for years and continues to be important. Related topics such as succession planning, gender equality, and board refreshment are variations on this theme. Existential threats from pandemics, after the Covid-19, will be on every board agenda as a development of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG).
