Pre-engagement
The employment and OHS Minimum practices provide a basis for needs assessment to gather employment and OHS related data and information from SGBs in order to determine whether there are business performance opportunities or risks that may affect a company’s operations, financials, and reputation.
The minimum practices provide direction on practices to concentrate Employment and OHS prevention efforts depending on the stage and typology of SGBs, to achieve safe working and fair treatment of employees among portfolio SGB. The primary role during pre-engagement is to encourage an open discussion with the SGB on employment and OHS.

Step 1: Register on GRCSS
To register on GRCSS, click on the Register link below
REGISTER
- Fill in the details required on the Register form.
- In the Choose Module dropdown, choose Risk Module.
- After filling all the details, click on Register.
- You will receive a confirmation email with an Account Activation link. Click on that link to activate your account.
- Click Log In button to login to GRCSS.
Step 2: Company Profile Setup
- When you log in to GRCSS for the first time, you will be required to setup your Company Profile.
- Fill in the details required and click Save & Continue.
Step 3: Risk Assessment
Now you can begin risk assessment by clicking Begin Assessment button on the risk dashboard.
- Answer the questions in each Risk Sub Module.
- Based on the answers you give, GRCSS will rank the risk level of your organization.
- The risk level will be indicated by the different color codes e.g. Green - Very Low, Yelloe - Medium
Step 4: Actions Required
If there are actions required, click on the risk sub module to view the actions.
Here you can set the Due Dates, complete the actions or ask for help.
